K K Property

We set up K K Property over here on Cinema Road quite some time back. Being near Glitz Cinema means there is always something happening around the office. It's a loud, lively part of the city. We mostly deal with the buildings and spaces right in this neighborhood. Since we’re at number 14, we get a lot of foot traffic from people heading to the movies or just walking through. It’s not a huge operation. It’s basically just us sitting in the office, answering phones and keeping our files in order. Real estate can be a bit messy with all the different people involved, so we just try to keep things moving. We don't use any fancy software or big slogans. We just know who owns which plot and who is looking to move. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk. Sometimes we go out for tea with clients to discuss things properly. If you're looking for something near the cinema or the main road, we probably have a folder on it somewhere in the back. We've seen businesses come and go on this street, but we’ve managed to stay put. It’s a decent living and we enjoy meeting the different folks who come through the door looking for a new start. We aren't polished but we know the street numbers and the local landlords quite well after all these years.
