Ganpati Plaza

Ganpati Plaza is situated on Kutcheri Road in the Khari Khul area. It is a functional building that houses various activities and spaces. The area around Khari Khul is always active with people coming for work or running errands near the administrative buildings. Our place isn't a modern shopping mall with escalators or fancy glass elevators. It is a solid, older structure with stairs and wide hallways where people can move about. We spend a lot of time managing the day-to-day things like making sure the lights are working and the common areas are swept. Being on Kutcheri Road means we are right in the thick of things. You can hear the horns from the street and the voices of people outside all day long. We have several people who help keep the place running, but it’s not a huge staff. The walls have some marks on them and the floors show the wear of many feet walking over them for years. It is a place that feels lived-in and part of the local community. We open the main gates early and we don't close until late in the evening. Most of our visitors are people from around here who know the building well. We don't try to be something we aren't, it’s just a standard business plaza where people can get things done in the heart of the city.
