Vandana Public School

Vandana Public School is located in Dev Nagar, which is a part of Pushkar here in Ajmer. Pushkar is a famous place for many reasons, but for us, it's just where we live and work. The school is in a quieter part of town, away from the main temples and the lake where all the tourists go. We have a simple building where the local kids come to learn. Most of the families around here are involved in the local trade or farming. The school isn't very large, but we have enough space for the classrooms we need. You can see the hills from our rooftop, which is a nice view during the rainy season. We spend our days following the basic curriculum. There’s a small ground where the children play during their lunch break. It's a very local atmosphere; everyone knows the teachers and the parents often stop by to chat. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just us and the students. The weather in Pushkar can be quite harsh, especially the sun, so we try to get things done early in the day. We've been here for a while and have become a small part of the Dev Nagar community. People just know us as the school down the road. It’s a humble place, and we are fine with that. We just do our work and go home when the bells ring for the day.
