Sonagiri Minerals is located at G1 320 in the 4th Phase on Tukda Road in Kishangarh. This part of town is pretty industrial, which suits the work we do. We spend our days surrounded by stone and minerals, which is exactly what you’d expect from a business in this area. The yard can get pretty loud with all the loading and unloading going on. It’s not a place for someone who likes peace and quiet, that’s for sure. We started small and have just kept at it, year after year. The dust is a permanent fixture here, no matter how much we sweep. Most of the guys working here have been around for a long time and they know the different types of materials by heart. We don't really have a front desk with a receptionist; usually, you just find someone in the yard and tell them what you're looking for. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Kishangarh is famous for this kind of work, and we are just one small piece of that big picture. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just process the minerals and get them ready for whoever needs them. Sometimes the weather makes the work hard, especially when it’s raining or too hot, but the trucks keep coming and we keep loading them. It’s a tough job but it’s what we know and what we do every single day.
