Jai Laxmi Minerals is located right at the Ajmeri Gate in the D I C Industrial Are, units G/3/4. It’s a convenient spot because we are right near the entrance of the zone. We’ve been here since the industrial area was much smaller than it is now. We handle various minerals, mostly processing them for industrial use. The facility is basically a large shed with some machinery and a small corner for the office desk. It’s very practical. We don't spend money on things we don't need. Our days are filled with the sound of crushers and the sight of dust clouds. We wear masks when it gets too bad. We have a small group of workers who are like family to us. We’ve seen the kids grow up and some of them even work here now. It’s a simple operation. We receive the raw stones, we process them according to what’s needed, and then we load them onto the trucks. There’s a lot of coordination with the drivers and making sure the paperwork is sorted so they don't get stuck. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work, especially the heavy rains that can flood the yard, but usually, we are here six days a week. We don't have a marketing department or even a fancy sign. Our reputation comes from just being here for years and doing what we say we will do. It’s honest, hard work in the heart of the industrial belt.
