Surendra Minerals

We run Surendra Minerals out of Madanganj in Kishangarh. This area is known for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the other businesses around here. We deal with various types of minerals and raw materials that come through our yard every day. It’s dusty work, and you can’t really help getting it on your clothes and shoes no matter how careful you are. We spend most of our time grading materials or talking to the drivers who bring the loads in. There’s no fancy lobby or air-conditioned waiting room; it’s just a functional space where we manage the stocks. Some days the sun is really beating down on the yard and other days the rain turns everything into a bit of a mess, but we keep going regardless. We’ve been in Madanganj for a good while, so we know most of the people working in the same trade. It’s a straightforward life, checking weights and making sure the quality of the minerals is what it’s supposed to be. We don’t make big speeches about what we do. We just wake up, get to the site, and handle the orders as they come in. It’s a busy environment and there’s always a truck waiting to be loaded or a pile of material that needs to be moved to the other side of the lot. We aren't flashy people, we just focus on getting the minerals out where they need to go.
