Srinath Minerals

Srinath Minerals is located out in the Roopangad Industrial Area in Kishangarh. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where all the space for mineral processing is. We’ve been in this specific spot for a long time. The work we do involves taking raw minerals and getting them ready for whatever they’re going to be used for next. It’s steady work but it’s definitely hard on the body. Our team is small, mostly made up of local guys from the nearby villages who come in early every day. We start as soon as it’s light enough to see. The machinery we use is old and loud, but we keep it in good shape with regular oiling and a bit of care. We don't have a corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a small office room with a couple of chairs and a ceiling fan that works most of the time. It gets very noisy during the day, so there’s a lot of hand signals and shouting to get things done. We usually eat our lunch together under the shade of a tree in the yard. It’s a simple life. We take the material, we process it, and we send it off. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Most people in the trade know us just by our location and the fact that we’ve been here forever, just doing the same basic work day after day.
