Samrat Properties

If you’re looking for Samrat Properties, you’ll find us over at Kishangarh Axetents Point on the Jaipur Highve. It’s a pretty straightforward location, though the traffic on the highway can get loud during the peak hours. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit, and it’s become our second home. The office is small, but it fits what we need. We spend most of our mornings checking the listings and making sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We have a few old folders that we still use because the computer doesn’t always feel reliable. The Jaipur Highve is a busy stretch, and there’s always something happening outside the window. We see a lot of trucks and cars passing by all day long. Sometimes it gets a little quiet in the afternoons when the sun is high, so we just sit back and have some tea. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us because they’re driving past or they heard about us from someone else in the area. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We keep the keys on a board and the phone stays on the desk. There isn't much to it beyond just being here every day and helping out whoever walks through the door. Kishangarh is a decent area to work in, even with the noise. It feels like a real community once you get to know the neighbors.
