Radhike Minerals

Radhike Minerals is located over in Shivaji Nagar at House Number 27 21, in the building we call Radhike Bhawan. It is a bit different from the huge industrial yards because we are tucked into the Kishangarh District neighborhood. Dealing with minerals is a bit more about the fine details than just moving big slabs around. We have bags and containers of different materials stacked up, and the office is usually cluttered with samples from different mines. It feels more like a family-run setup here. We know the neighbors, and they know the sound of our gate opening in the morning. A lot of the work involves checking the state of the mineral powders or chunks we get in. It isn't the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of the time, we have dust on our shirts by lunch. People stop by to discuss orders or just to see what the latest batch looks like. We don't have a fancy showroom. We just show the samples on a wooden table under a light. It is quiet for the most part, except when we are loading up a small truck for a delivery. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar long enough that people just use our house number as a landmark. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We handle the paperwork ourselves and keep things pretty straightforward without any complicated systems or big city ways.
