Durga Minerals

Our place, Durga Minerals, is tucked away at Plot No. F-208 in the 4th Phase of the Rico Industrial Area over in Madan Ganj. It's right in the heart of the industrial zone here in Ajmer district. Since we are in an industrial area, it's always busy with trucks and heavy machinery moving around. We deal with minerals, so our day is mostly about processing and making sure the stuff is sorted correctly. It's not a quiet office job. There's usually a lot of dust and the sound of machines running in the background. We have a small staff and we’ve all been working together for quite a while. We know the routines and we know what needs to happen to get the orders out on time. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It’s just how things go. We don't have a reception area with coffee or anything like that. If you come to see us, you’ll find us in the middle of the work. We keep track of everything in our ledgers and try to stay on top of the shipping schedules. It's a basic operation but we put in the hours every day. The sun gets pretty hot out here in the yard, but we just keep at it until the job is done and the gate is closed.
