We’re located in Adarsh Nagar, right across from the IBM office. It’s kind of funny having our small local shop right next to such a massive corporate building. We see the employees in their formal clothes while we’re just sitting here in our regular gear. Our office is a humble spot. We have a few desks, some plastic chairs for guests, and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of everything. We’ve been in Adarsh Nagar for a good while now, so we know the streets and the people around here pretty well. It’s a straightforward property shop. We don't have any fancy brochures or digital displays. We just talk to people and help them find what they need. Some days are slow and we just sit and chat, and other days we are running around from one plot to another. The area has changed a lot with the big offices coming in, but our way of working has stayed pretty much the same. We prefer the personal touch. You won't find any corporate talk here, just honest conversation about what’s happening in the local market. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who the day brings in. It’s a simple life, but it suits us just fine. If you look across from the IBM gates, you will see us there, just doing our daily thing.
