Wonders Of The World Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Rangoli Complex in Ahmedabad. We are right across from V S Hospital in the Ellisbridge area. Because of the hospital, it’s a very busy part of town. There are always people walking around, and the traffic is pretty constant. Being on the first floor helps us stay a little bit away from the dust of the street, but you can still hear the city noise. We get a lot of people who are visiting the hospital, like doctors or families of patients. They usually want something quick and simple. We don’t have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s just a practical place to eat a meal. The Ahmedabad heat can be quite strong, so we have plenty of fans going to keep the air moving inside. Our kitchen starts early in the morning to get everything prepped. We don’t have any marketing people writing for us. It’s just us doing the daily work. The staff is used to the fast pace of the Ellisbridge area. We try to keep the tables clean and the food hot. It’s a basic restaurant that’s been part of this complex for a while. We don't make a big deal out of things, we just focus on the people who come through our doors every day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the afternoon shift, but we manage somehow.
