Wah Idli Foods Llp

So, we are based over in Vejalpur, inside Bakeri City. Our place is in Samyaka Appartment, unit C 502. It’s not a big storefront on a main road, but more of a workspace where we focus on idli and related food items. We started Wah Idli because we really like that kind of food and wanted to make it available around here. Being near Sivanta Appartment helps people find us if they are looking. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the apartment setup, but we make it work. Making idlis sounds easy but getting the batter right takes a lot of patience. We spend a lot of time checking the fermentation. It’s mostly just a few of us in the kitchen area. We aren't a big catering company with trucks, just a small LLP trying to do things the right way. Vejalpur is a nice area, quite residential, so we feel right at home. We don't spend much on advertising. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just living nearby in the complex. Some days are busier than others, especially on weekends when everyone wants a nice breakfast. We just keep our heads down and keep the steamers going. It’s a simple business. We like the rhythm of it. It feels real. We hope the food we make brings a bit of comfort to those who eat it. That is about it for our little setup here.
