Coffeeworkz

We are based out of unit 407 in the Sampada building, which is part of Rashmi Society in Navrangpura. Coffeeworkz is not your typical coffee shop where you sit down with a book. It is more of our home base for everything we do with coffee beans and machines. When you walk into the building, it is a bit quiet, but once you get to our floor, you can usually smell the coffee. We spend a lot of time testing different roasts and making sure the equipment is working like it should. Navrangpura is a nice area, quite central, so it is easy for people to reach us. Our space is filled with bags of beans and different types of brewers. It is a bit cramped sometimes because we have so much stuff everywhere. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us who really like coffee and wanted to make a business out of it. We spend our mornings checking orders and our afternoons tinkering with machines. It is a lot of trial and error. Sometimes a roast does not go right, and we have to start over. We do not have any polished sales pitches. If you come by, we will probably just offer you a cup of whatever we are tasting that day. It is a simple operation, run by people who just want to get the coffee right and keep it that way for everyone.
