Cafe Coffe Day

We have been running this spot at the New Parashmani apartments for quite a while now. Most folks living around Ram Baug Road probably know where we are. It is a pretty busy corner of Sabarmati, especially in the early mornings when everyone is rushing to get to work or taking their kids to school. We have some tables inside where you can sit down for a bit. Sometimes the music we play is a little loud, but we try to keep it at a decent level for everyone. The coffee machine gets a real workout every single day. Most of our regulars just walk in and give us a nod because we already know exactly what they want to drink. It is not a huge place, but it gets the job done for the neighborhood. If you are walking down Tulsi Nagar, you will see our sign hanging out front. We keep the counters wiped down and try our best to stay on top of the dishes even when it gets crowded. Some days are definitely faster than others. There is always someone coming in for a quick cup before catching their bus or just wanting to get out of the heat for twenty minutes. We do not have any fancy decorations or anything. It is just a regular shop where you can get a hot drink and maybe a small snack. The staff here lives nearby, so we know the area well. It is just how things are in Ahmedabad.
