Barista Lavaza Coffee Company Ltd

Our office is over at 502 Swaminarayan Society in the Jeevraj area of Ahmedabad. It’s actually a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main roads. We spend our days thinking about coffee and how to get it out to everyone. It’s funny because even though we work with coffee all day, we still end up drinking way too much of it ourselves. The society is a nice place to be based. We aren't in a high-rise building with elevators and security guards everywhere. It feels more like a home. Sometimes the neighbors come by and we chat for a bit. Ahmedabad is getting bigger and busier every year, but our little corner here stays pretty much the same. We handle a lot of the logistics and paperwork that comes with running coffee shops. It’s not just about making a cup of coffee; there is a lot of boring stuff behind it too. We have stacks of files and people always calling about deliveries. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we’re busy. We’ve been at this address for a good while and the locals know us. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. The traffic in Ahmedabad can be quite something, so being tucked away in Jeevraj is a bit of a blessing for us. We just like what we do.
