Blossoms Cafe

Our cafe is located at A 2/53 in Goyal Intercity, over in the Thaltej area. It’s a nice little spot in Ahmedabad where we spend most of our time making coffee and getting snacks ready for the people who live around here. We aren’t trying to be one of those super fancy coffee shops you see in the mall. We just wanted a place where the local crowd could come in, sit down for a bit, and have something decent to eat or drink. The neighborhood in Thaltej has grown a lot, and being part of Goyal Intercity means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. We don’t have a big corporate manual on how to talk to people. We just say hello and ask what they want. Sometimes we run out of a certain cake or the milk delivery is late, and we just tell people how it is. We keep the tables wiped down and the music at a level where you can still hear yourself think. It’s a lot of work keeping a kitchen running, especially on the weekends when it gets a bit more crowded than usual. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get people in. Most of our customers just live nearby and like having a place they can walk to. It’s just us doing our best to keep the neighborhood caffeinated and fed throughout the week.
