We are located in Bopal, Ahmedabad, specifically at 2, Miramadhav Residency. If you’re looking for us, we are right behind the Baleswar Bunglows. It’s a nice part of town, a bit away from the main city rush but still busy enough. This Voltas Ltd branch is where we manage our local operations. The building is a regular residency, so it has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Instead, you’ll find a simple office where we spend our time managing service requests and talking to customers from the Bopal area. Ahmedabad gets incredibly dry and hot, so our work is really cut out for us. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just handle the technical side of things and make sure the cooling systems are working as they should. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with paperwork and spare parts, but that’s just a sign that we’re working. People around here know us as the place to go when they have a problem. We try to be as direct as possible. If we can’t fix something immediately, we’ll let you know why. It’s a quiet, practical way of doing business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy words. We just want to make sure the work is done and the customers are satisfied with the results.
