Uniter Engineering Products

Uniter Engineering Products is based at Plot No. 79/D in Phase-1 of GIDC, Vatva. We have a decent-sized plot here which allows us to keep some stock and have our machines set up properly. It's a busy place. There is always the sound of something being cut or welded. We are not a corporate office with people in suits. We wear work clothes because we are actually on the floor most of the day. The office is small and usually has blueprints spread out over the table. We get a lot of regular customers from around Gujarat who know we are here at 79/D. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people knowing we do a solid job. The weather in Vatva can be tough, dusty in summer and muddy in the rain, but we just keep the doors open and work through it. We have a small group of workers who have been here for years, so we don't have to explain things much anymore. Everyone knows their station. We don't have a big HR department or complicated rules. If you do your work well, everything is fine. It’s an honest way to make a living, just providing engineering products to those who need them. We are just a part of the Vatva industrial community and we try to keep things running smoothly as best as we can every single day.
