We are located at No. 16 in the Tripathi Estate, right behind the Supreme Hotel near Narol Circle. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but it suits us just fine. Dealing with mill stores means we have a lot of heavy inventory, and being in this estate gives us the space we need. Narol Circle is always a hub of activity with trucks moving in every direction, so there's a lot of energy in the area. Our warehouse is where we spend most of our time. It’s not air-conditioned or particularly fancy, but it keeps our stock dry and organized. We’ve got shelves filled with all sorts of parts and supplies that factories need. The team here is small, and we’ve all worked together for years. We know which shelf has what part without even looking at the computer sometimes. We don't have a big front office; usually, customers just come back to the loading dock to talk to us. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. The Supreme Hotel is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors near the circle. The summer heat in the warehouse can be tough, but we have some big fans that help a bit. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the mills get the parts they need so they can keep running. It’s basic, hard work, and we’re quite alright with that being our daily routine.
