Our operations are based in Phase-1 Naroda Gidc. This is a massive industrial estate, so it’s always busy with trucks, workers moving back and forth, and the constant sounds of manufacturing. We are Sm International, and we’ve been operating from this particular spot for quite a while now. The environment here is very practical and no-nonsense. There’s a lot of dust and noise, which is just how things are when you’re in a Gidc zone. We don't have a fancy showroom or a polished reception area for visitors. Instead, we have a functional warehouse and an office space where we handle all our daily business. Most of our staff have been with us for years and they know the ins and outs of how we move goods. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't used to an industrial estate, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. We deal with various requirements, but our day-to-day life is very local. We eat at the nearby food stalls and deal with the same logistics and traffic issues everyone else in Naroda faces. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the metal roofs groan, but we just keep our heads down and work through it. It’s a straightforward business. We don't spend money on expensive decor; we put it back into the machines and the inventory. It’s a grounded, honest kind of place to work.
