Our workshop is at Plot No. 6/2 - 15&16, over in Phase-1 of GIDC, Vatva. The name of the company is Hydraulic Project & Systems Pvt. Ltd. We deal with hydraulics, which means there is usually some oil somewhere on the floor no matter how much we try to clean it up. It’s just the nature of the work we do. We have several units here to keep everything organized. One area is for the heavy stuff and another is for the smaller parts and assemblies. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the pumps and the tools. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to people on the shop floor or over the phone while the machines are running. Most of the staff have been with us for a long time. They know how these systems work better than anyone else. We don't go around saying we are the best or using fancy marketing talk. We just do the jobs that come our way. Sometimes a project is easy and sometimes it takes all night to figure out a problem. That's just how engineering goes. We like being in Vatva because all our suppliers are nearby in the same estate. It makes things easier when we need a specific part in a hurry. Just a regular bunch of folks at Hydraulic Project & Systems trying to get the work out the door.
