Viya Ki Rasoi Llp

We are located in a small space in Sursangam Apartment on Mirambica School Road. If you live in Naranpura, you probably walk past our door every day without thinking about it. Viya Ki Rasoi is more like a home kitchen that got a bit bigger than we expected. It is not a fancy restaurant with a big menu and waiters in uniforms. It is just a few of us cooking simple meals like you would have at your own house. We spend a lot of time at the vegetable market early in the morning. Sometimes we cannot find the right stuff, so we have to change what we are cooking that day. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the Ahmedabad heat, but we are used to it by now. My sister handles the recipes and the cooking while I look after the deliveries and the bills. We do not spend money on advertising or anything like that. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who heard about us from a friend. The grinders make a bit of noise in the afternoon, but the neighbors are nice about it. It is a small team and we work long hours to get the food ready on time. We do not have a big corporate office or a board of directors. It is just us trying to make a living by doing something we know how to do. We keep things plain and simple.
