If you look for us on Drive In Road, you will find our spot at A-1/1 in Goyal Intercity. We are right opposite the TV Tower, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming for an event. Dealing with a party plot means we are always surrounded by stacks of chairs, rolls of carpet, and bags of decorations. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We spend half our time loading trucks and the other half setting things up under the sun. It gets incredibly busy during the wedding season, and there are days when we barely have time to sit down for tea. The space itself is quite large, which is good because it gives us room to store all the stuff we need for the different functions. We have been working in this area of Ahmedabad for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent talking to families who are planning a celebration. We don't have a glossy office or anything; it’s mostly just us in our work clothes making sure the lights work and the stage is steady. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, like if a bulb blows or a truck is late, but we always find a way to fix it. It's just a practical, local business where we work hard to make the space look decent for whoever is using it that day.
