You can find us over at B-9 in Masquati Market. That’s in the Revadi Bazar area of Kalupur. It’s a crowded part of town, which I guess is normal for a place like this. Vimko Synthetics Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for some time now. Dealing with synthetics means we deal with a lot of rolls and bundles. The market is always moving, people pushing carts and shouting, but inside our space, it’s just about getting the orders sorted. It’s not a glamorous job. My hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We have a few machines and a lot of stock piled up against the walls. Kalupur is a place where you really have to know your way around or you’ll get lost in the lanes. We aren't some big corporate entity with a huge lobby. We’re just workers in a market. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the delivery trucks are late, and we just have to deal with it. We handle the materials, check the quality, and send them out. It’s honest work. Most of the people we deal with are also here in Revadi Bazar. It’s a community of traders and workers. We just do our bit every day, making sure the tallies match and the floors are swept occasionally. It is a noisy place but we are used to it.
