Admire Fiber Tex (i) Pvt. Ltd. is located at 363-364 in Phase - 2 of the Gidc area in Vatva. Our facility is basically a large warehouse with some small partitioned areas for the office work. It is a very industrial setting, so you won't find any decorations or comfortable sofas here. We have a lot of fiber processing equipment that takes up most of the floor space, and it gets quite loud when everything is running at the same time. We've been at this address in Gidc for several years, and we've become part of the local landscape. The workers here wear simple clothes and we don't really care about formal titles. If a truck needs unloading, everyone helps out. We have a small corner where we keep a stove for making tea, which is where we spend most of our breaks. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just want to finish the orders that come in and make sure we don't have too much waste at the end of the day. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets a bit much during the summer, but we just keep the big shutters open and keep moving. It is a practical, hardworking environment where nobody is trying to impress anyone. We just focus on the fibers and the machines and getting the job done before we head home for the night.
