Ajanta Textile Mills

Ajanta Textile Mills is situated at No. 174 in the New Cloth Market. This market is always a bit of a chaotic place, with trucks unloading and people carrying heavy bundles of cloth on their shoulders. We have been part of this market for many years now. Our space is unit number 174, and it's filled from floor to ceiling with textiles. It’s not a place for a quiet conversation because there is always some noise coming from the neighboring shops or the street outside. We don't have a fancy showroom with mannequins or bright lights. Everything is kept in simple stacks. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and making sure the right fabric gets to the right person. Sometimes the coffee guy comes around and we take a quick break, but mostly it's just continuous work from morning until the market starts to close up for the evening. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just try to keep our stock moving and our bills paid. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get it done. It’s a busy life here in the New Cloth Market, and we are just one part of the machinery that keeps it all going. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just the same steady work we've done for a long time.
