A. H. Textile

If you come down to Danilimda, you will find us at Sikandar Market. It is a crowded spot, especially being near Style Wash. Most people know the area because of Chandola Lake being right there. At A. H. Textile, we don't have a lot of space for anything but the work. There are bags of material tucked into every corner of the shop. I spend a lot of time just moving things out of the way so people can walk through. It is a bit disorganized if I am being honest. The floor is concrete and it gets cold in the winter months. We have a small stool for guests but usually we are all standing up. The noise from the market comes right through the front. You can hear the cars and the people arguing about prices outside. A. H. Textile is just a place where we get things done. We don't have fancy brochures or a front desk person. It is just us and the fabric. Sometimes the light inside is a bit dim because the bulb flickers, but we know where everything is kept. We keep the ledger in a drawer that sticks every time you try to pull it open. It is a practical life here in Sikandar Market. We arrive early and stay until the sun goes down over the lake. There is always more cloth to sort through.
