Vaishnav Restaurant

Vaishnav Restaurant is located on the F-6 level of Silver Point in Navrangpura. We are situated right below China Town Restaurant and very close to Nidhi Hospital. Being in this part of Ahmedabad means we see a lot of different people, from students to families visiting the hospital. The building is an older one and the stairs can be a bit steep, but people still find their way to us. We have been here for a while and the interior is pretty basic. We have regular tables and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. The Ahmedabad heat can be really intense, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible for anyone coming in from the sun. Our kitchen stays busy with the usual lunch and dinner orders. We do not do anything fancy with the plating or the service. It is just about getting the food onto the table. Most of our regulars are people who work in the nearby offices and come in for a quick meal. You can hear the city traffic all day long from here. It is a bit noisy, but that is Navrangpura for you. We just keep doing what we do, serving simple meals to anyone who stops by. It is a steady life and we are used to the rhythm.
