Vaibhav Restaurant

Vaibhav Restaurant is located in Ambavadi, right at the Panjarapole Cross Roads. We are specifically across from the Kamdhenu Complex. It’s also quite close to the Polytechnic, so we get a lot of students and people working in the nearby offices. The pin code is 380015. This intersection is always busy, so there’s never a quiet moment outside our doors. We’ve been here for quite some time now. It’s a straightforward restaurant without any of that corporate polish. We just have a staff that works hard and a kitchen that stays open late. Sometimes the wait times are a bit long when the Polytechnic students all come at once, but we do what we can. We don't have a fancy website or anything. Most people just find us by walking past the Kamdhenu Complex. The area around Panjarapole Cross Roads has a lot of energy. We like being part of the Ambavadi neighborhood. It feels like a real community here. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just run the restaurant and try to keep things moving. There are better days and worse days, like in any other job. We just keep coming back and opening the shutters every morning. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living in this city. It's just our way of life, and we hope the neighbors keep stopping by for their meals like they usually do.
