V. R. Fabrics

We are V. R. Fabrics and you can find us at the Sumel Business Park 2, which is located on Kankaria Road. Our units are A-11 and A-12 on the fourth floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but the view of the road from up here is alright. We have two units combined so we have a bit more space for all our fabric rolls. Kankaria Road can get pretty jammed with traffic, especially in the afternoons. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just shelves and cutting tables. We don’t have any fancy decorations because we need every inch of space for the fabrics. We’ve been working here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the business park. It’s a bit different from the old markets downtown, maybe a bit more modern, but we still work the same way. We handle everything from checking the quality to packing the orders for the couriers. It’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff around, so we stay busy throughout the day. Sometimes we have a few minutes to sit down and have some snacks. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around, just one that does its job right. If you ever find yourself at Sumel 2, you can come up to the fourth floor and see what we have on the shelves.
