Our place is located in the Ellisbridge Shopping Centre, specifically in units 57 to 59 on the ground floor. We are right across from the Town Hall in Ahmedabad, which is a very big landmark. Because we are in a shopping centre, we get a lot of people who are out running errands or working in the nearby offices. The building itself is one of the older ones in the Ellis Bridge area. It has a bit of a worn-out look, but we like it that way. Inside our restaurant, we have a lot of mirrors on the walls to make the space look bigger than it actually is. It gets very busy around one o'clock in the afternoon when everyone takes their lunch break. You’ll see people in suits sitting next to students or shopkeepers. We don't have any music playing because it’s already loud enough with everyone talking. The staff has to move fast to get the food out. We have some old ceiling fans that have been wobbling for years, but they still work fine. We don't do any big promotions or give out coupons. People find us because we are in a good location and we’ve been here for a long time. We wash the front windows every morning, but by the evening, they are usually covered in dust from the road. It’s just the way things are in this part of the city. We are happy just being a regular part of the neighborhood.
