Topaz Restaurant

You can find Topaz Restaurant in the Ronak Complex over in Ambawadi. We are right near the Panjara Pole, which is how most people find us if they are not from around this part of Ahmedabad. This area is always moving, with cars and scooters everywhere. Being in the complex means we have a lot of neighbors, and it gets pretty social in the mornings when everyone is opening their shops. We have been here for a good while. The restaurant is not very big, but we make it work. We have the usual tables and chairs, and things are a bit worn out in places, but that is because people actually use them. We serve a lot of local people who live in the apartments nearby. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit backed up when everyone wants lunch at exactly one o'clock, but we do what we can. We do not have any fancy marketing people. It is just us. We spend our time cooking, cleaning, and talking to the customers who have been coming here for years. It is a simple life. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or the water running low, but you just figure it out and keep going. Ahmedabad is a busy city, and we are just happy to have our little corner in Ambawadi where things are familiar and the faces are friendly.
