Tirupati Balaji Tours & Travels/Decoraters is our business based in Shahibaug. We are located at G-28 in the Ghewar Complex, which is right across from Ghasiram Chowdhary Bhavan. It’s a bit of a double-sided business because we handle travel stuff and also do decorating work. We’ve been in the 380004 area for quite some time now. Some days we are busy booking trips or sorting out travel papers, and other days we are out handling decorations for local events. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we manage. We don't have a polished office with fancy furniture. It’s just a working space where we get things done. Being in Shahibaug means we’re in a good spot for people to drop by and talk to us. We don't really use a lot of big marketing phrases. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and it gets a bit stressful, but that’s just how it goes when you run your own shop. We handle the bookings and the manual labor for the decorating ourselves. It’s just a few of us here trying to make a living. We know the neighbors and the other business owners in Ghewar Complex well. It’s a straightforward way to work and we’ve been doing it this way for years now without any big changes.
