The Raymond Seconds Shop

We are situated on the 11th floor of the Span Trade Center, which is right across from the Kochrab Ashram in the Paldi area. It’s a bit of a climb if you don’t use the lift, but the view of the city from up here is actually okay. Our shop is where we sell Raymond seconds, so you’ll find a lot of fabric and ready-made items that might have a small flaw or were just part of an older stock. Because we are in a trade center, it’s a bit quieter than a street-level shop, which we kind of like. It gives people time to look through the fabrics without feeling rushed. We spend a lot of our time measuring out cloth and helping people figure out how much they need for a suit or a shirt. The Kochrab Ashram across the street is a well-known landmark, so it’s easy for people to find us. We keep the shop pretty neat, though when a big shipment of fabric rolls comes in, it can get a little messy for a day or two. We aren't a big corporate showroom, just a simple place where we provide these specific items. Most of our customers are locals from Paldi or people who know about the value of seconds. We don't do anything flashy, we just open up every day and wait for people to stop by. Sometimes it gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep the air moving.
