The Lakhotia Textiles Private Limited

The Lakhotia Textiles Private Limited is located over in Rakhial, near the Chakudia Mahadev temple. This area is known for being industrial, and we fit right in with the rest of the businesses around here. Our place at 402/1 is mostly about storage and handling the raw materials. It is a bit dusty and the floors are concrete, so it’s not exactly a luxury office. We spend our mornings unloading trucks and our afternoons sorting through the stock. There is always a lot of dust in the air from all the fabric, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It is a family-style environment where everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. If a truck arrives late, we all stay to help unload it. The temple nearby provides a nice landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for breaks. It is a basic, honest way to make a living. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just know our textiles and we make sure the logistics side of things stays on track. Some days are long, but we like the work and the people we deal with every day.
