Working at The Arvind Mills Ltd down on Naroda Road means dealing with a lot of noise and a lot of movement every single day. We see the same faces every morning at the gate, and there is a sense of just being part of the neighborhood. Naroda Road is always packed with trucks and rickshaws, so getting in and out can be a bit of a headache. Still, we like the routine of it all. We don't bother with fancy descriptions of what we do.
