You can find us at A-1001 in the Panchdhara Complex, right near the Naindhara App on S.G. Highway in Ahmedabad. If you know the city, you know that the highway is always packed with cars and it gets really loud. Our office is up on the tenth floor. It’s a small space where we work on tea and other food ideas. We have lots of little jars and bags of tea samples sitting around on every available surface. Some days we spend hours just tasting different blends and arguing about what tastes better. It’s a bit of a slow process, but we don’t like to rush things. We aren’t some big company with a lot of money to spend on fancy furniture. Our chairs are a bit squeaky and the carpet is getting old. Bodakdev is a good area to be in, even if finding a parking spot for the scooter is a headache every single morning. We usually stay late because there is no point trying to leave when the traffic on S.G. Highway is at its worst. We just put on another pot of tea and wait for the roads to clear a bit. It’s just a few of us here trying to do something we enjoy. We don’t have any big speeches or goals other than just making something people like to drink. Most of us have been friends for a long time, so the office feels more like a hangout than a workplace.
