TCs Lounge And Restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the Aakash Ganga Complex in Ahmedabad. We are right on Gujarat College Road in Ellis Bridge, not far from the Fiat showroom. The location is pretty good since there’s a lot of traffic and people around the college area. It’s a mix of a lounge and a place to eat, so we get a diverse crowd. Students from the nearby colleges come in, and so do people working in the offices around Ellis Bridge. The interior is comfortable, though it’s seen some use over the years. We have a regular menu with a bit of everything. It’s not a quiet place, especially in the evenings when things pick up. We try to keep the service moving, but sometimes it takes a minute when the lounge area is full. We’ve got a team that handles the kitchen and the floor. It’s a local business, so we know a lot of the people who come in regularly. We don't do much advertising; people just find us while they're out on Gujarat College Road. It’s a convenient spot to sit down for a while. We aren't fancy, just a place for people to hang out and have a meal in this part of Ahmedabad. We just keep things running day to day and make sure everyone has what they need.
