Tanduri Bytes Veg Restaurant

Tanduri Bytes Veg Restaurant is located at 101 Platinum Plaza on Judges Bunglows Road in Bodakdev. We decided to focus entirely on vegetarian food because that’s what we are good at making. The plaza is a well-known building in this area, so we are usually pretty easy to find. Our space is on the first floor and it’s a fairly straightforward layout. We don't go in for fancy decorations or complicated themes. The goal was just to have a clean, comfortable place where people could come to eat. Most of our day is spent prepping vegetables and getting the dough ready for the tandoor. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring, but we have a good rhythm going in the kitchen. We get a lot of families from the surrounding residential areas, especially on Sunday nights. It can get quite busy then, and the wait times might go up a bit, but we try to keep everyone happy. The staff is a small group and we all help out where needed, whether it’s taking orders or cleaning tables. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us working here every day. We’ve been in Bodakdev for some time now and like being part of the neighborhood. It’s a simple business model: we make the food, and people come to eat it. No gimmicks or anything, just a regular vegetarian restaurant for people who want a hot meal nearby.
