Suman Garments

We are located at shop number 210 in the Mahalaxmi Complex, right on Gheekanta Road. If you know this area, you know how crowded and lively it gets. The complex itself has been around for quite some time, and Suman Garments is just one of many small businesses trying to make a living here. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to be clever about how we stack the clothes. Every inch of shelf space is used. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years, and we’ve seen the shops around us change owners many times. Gheekanta is the kind of place where you hear the sounds of the city all day long. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases. It’s more of a traditional setup where you can see everything we have right there in front of you. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to this market for a long time. We spend our time checking sizes, folding shirts, and chatting with whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple life, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We open up early, sweep the floor, and wait for the first delivery of the day. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but it’s the life we chose and we’re used to the rhythm of the complex by now.
