Spike

Spike is over at No. 107 in the Earth Complex. If you know where Seema Hall is on Anand Nagar Road, we are right near there. The building is called Earth Complex and it’s a decent place to work. We are located right in that Earth Complex block. We have a glass front that lets in some light. Most of the day is spent checking the inventory. We have a lot of stuff on the walls. It can get a bit crowded when a few people walk in at once. We like the area because there are other shops around. You can get a good samosa nearby. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's just a counter and some shelves. Sometimes we rearrange the whole shop just to change the look. It takes all afternoon. We use a regular calculator for the bills. Nothing too high-tech. The floor is tile and we try to keep it swept. The noise from Anand Nagar Road is always there in the background. You get used to the horns and the motorbikes. We've been here long enough that we know the delivery guys by name. It’s just a regular shop. We do our work and go home. No big fuss. We keep it simple and honest. That’s how we like to run Spike. People usually drop in while they are out doing other errands. It’s a good spot for that.
