Spicy Caterers

Sargam Complex is where you’ll find us, right near the Chandan Party Plot in Jodhpur. Most days start early here because there is always something to prep or a delivery to get ready. Being opposite Shyam Tirth makes it easy for folks to find the shop, though the traffic can be a bit much in the evenings. We’ve been handling food for a good while now, mostly for local events and family gatherings around the neighborhood. It’s a small operation at number 6, but it keeps us on our feet. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the summer months in Jodhpur, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't fancy people. We just focus on getting the cooking done and making sure everything reaches the venue on time. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days are a bit quieter, giving us time to clean up or organize the supplies. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or friends of friends who heard about what we do. It’s not a corporate office or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. We usually have a few crates of vegetables being sorted near the entrance. If you walk by, you’ll likely see the staff moving in and out with heavy pots. It’s hard work, but it feels right being part of the local community here in Jodhpur.
