Spice Zone Multicuisine Restaurant

Spice Zone Multicuisine Restaurant is located inside Le Grande Residency on Old Sharda Mandir Cross Road. This is in the Ellis Bridge area of Ahmedabad, right behind Gujarat College. Being so close to the college means we get a lot of students coming in between their classes. They’re usually looking for something quick and not too expensive. The restaurant itself is part of the residency, so we also have people staying upstairs who come down for their meals. It’s a bit of an older building, and you can tell by the layout of the rooms. We’ve tried to make the dining area feel okay, but it’s more about the function than the fashion. The cross road outside can be a nightmare during rush hour with all the bikes and cars honking, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit quieter. Our kitchen handles a lot of different styles of food because that’s what people around here seem to want. It keeps the cooks on their toes, switching from one thing to another all day long. We don't have any big corporate backing or a fancy marketing plan. It’s just a family-run kind of place where we show up every morning, check the supplies, and start the stove. Sometimes we run out of chairs when a big group of students comes in, but we usually manage to squeeze everyone in somehow. It’s just a normal day for us.
