Simpolo Emil Ceramica

Our shop is number 127 in the building, right on the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway in Chanakyapuri. We are directly across the road from the Bhagwat Vidhyapith, which is a famous landmark that helps people find us. Simpolo Emil Ceramica is the name we go by. We spend our days dealing with ceramic tiles and other items for people’s houses. The highway outside is always full of cars and the sound of horns, so it can be a bit loud. Inside the shop, we try to keep the displays tidy so people can see the different designs we have available. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a small team of people working here. A lot of our time is spent talking to folks who are fixing up their homes and trying to help them figure out the right amount of tiles to buy. We don't have any slick sales pitches. We just show what’s in the crates and tell you the price. The shop is a good size, but it can get a bit crowded when we get a new shipment in and have to find a place for all the boxes. We have been at this location for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot as the city grows. It is a busy life, trying to handle the people walking in while also answering the phone. We just try to stay helpful and keep the business moving forward.
