We are based at Asian Granito India Limited, right in the Ceramic Zone of Dalpur. It’s a busy spot in the Taluka of Prantij, and if you’ve ever been to this part of Sabarkantha, you know how active it stays. The mornings start pretty early around here because the Gujarat heat doesn’t wait for anyone. You can hear the trucks moving through the zone from the moment the sun comes up. It’s definitely not a quiet office, but that’s just how it is when you’re in the middle of all these factories. We’ve been at this Dalpur address for quite some time now. People around here usually know where we are because the Ceramic Zone is hard to miss. The air is always a bit dusty and the noise is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a lot of fancy stuff in the office, just the basics to keep things running. Usually, we take our breaks at a small tea stall just outside the main gate. It’s a good way to catch up with people from the other units. Most of the staff comes in from nearby towns, so there is always someone coming or going. It’s a practical place, really. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay out of the midday sun. It’s a long day, but it feels like a community in its own way. We handle what comes our way.
