You'll find our yard at Plot No. A/10 in the Avanti Habitates area. We are on Dufnala Road in Shahibag, which is quite close to Nowrojee Hall. It’s a decent spot for a stone business. We have all sorts of stone pieces kept around the lot. People come by when they are building something or just need a few slabs for a small project. We don't have a polished showroom with lights and all that. It’s just us and the stone. We spend a lot of time outside, even when it’s hot, because that’s where the inventory stays. The staff here is small, just a couple of guys who know how to handle the heavy stuff. We’ve been at this address for a bit and people in Shahibag usually know us. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth works better for us. Sometimes we have to help people pick out what they need because they aren't sure. We just give them the facts about what we have on the lot. The work is physical and can be tiring, but we like being around the materials. If you’re near Nowrojee Hall, you can’t really miss the turn for our road. It’s a very practical operation we run here. Most days are just about moving pallets and making sure the orders are ready to go.
