Our place is at unit number 14 inside the Vallabhpark Shopping Centre, which is on D Cabin Road in Sabarmati. It is a 380005 area code if you are looking for it. We mostly spend our days surrounded by big cooking pots, stacks of chairs, and bundles of decorative fabric. When someone has a wedding or a small party, they come find us here in the shopping center to talk about what they need. It is not a fancy office with carpets; it is more of a workspace where we get things ready. Sometimes the back area gets a bit cluttered with all the catering gear, but we know where everything is. Sabarmati is a busy part of town, and the road outside always has people moving around. We have a small crew that helps with the heavy lifting and the cooking when we have a big order. It is hard work to move all that equipment to different locations, and our vans are always coming and going. We don't have a big menu printed on glossy paper, just a list of what we can do for people. Most of our work comes from people in the nearby blocks who know we do a decent job with the decorations and the food. It is a lot of early mornings and very late nights, especially during the wedding season, but that is just the nature of the catering business here in Ahmedabad.
