Shree Krishna Building Material Suppliers

Our shop, Shree Krishna Building Material Suppliers, is tucked away in 9/A Murlidhar Society in the Odhav Gam area. It is a local place where we keep all sorts of things people need for building stuff. We have piles of sand and bricks just sitting outside. Most of our customers are neighbors or small contractors working on houses nearby. It is a quiet society, but our yard can get a bit messy with all the materials. We started this because we saw everyone in Odhav Gam was constantly fixing up their homes. It is easier for them to just walk over and tell us what they need instead of going all the way into the city center. We have a small ledger where we write everything down. My cousin helps me with the deliveries if the order is big. We do not have a big truck, just a small one that fits through the narrow streets. Sometimes children from the society come and play near the sand piles, and we have to tell them to move along. It is a very normal, everyday kind of life here. We open early in the morning because that is when the builders want to start their work. By the time evening comes, we are usually covered in dust and ready to head home. We do not do anything special, just provide the basic materials that hold buildings together in this part of town. We are just glad to be here.
