Ankur Traders

Ankur Traders is based in B/6, Neminath Estate, over in the Sukhram Nagar area of Rakhial. If you know Ahmedabad, you know this part of town is usually crowded and full of small businesses like ours. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a good while. The estate can get a bit tight when big vehicles try to turn in, but we manage somehow. Usually, we are busy from morning till evening dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s mostly traders and local builders who come by to talk about their requirements. The office isn't very big, but we have enough space to keep our records and talk to people. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort through, which takes up a lot of my time. Sometimes it feels like the fans are just moving hot air around, but we get used to it. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is where it should be. Most of our neighbors in the estate are doing similar things, so we all know each other. It’s a loud area with all the traffic and machinery nearby, but it’s home for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. It's not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the work is steady. We like being in this part of Ahmedabad because the market is right here.
